Dear Doctor, i am suffering in Psoriasis for 08 years, i am using dermovate with patrolium jelly for temporary please give some advise to cure psoriasis.

Psoriasis require a comprehensive treatment with immuno-modulating agents topical and at times oral as well. Petroleum products are just a conservative therapy which leads to multiple relapses. It is a chronic problem and should be immediately followed up by a dermatologist.
