Sir I had my right knee injury 4 months. Since then I am unable to extend knee joint but able to contract my quadriceps. I have examined by consultant orthopaedic surgeon and diagnosed weakness of the quadriceps and advised physiotherapy. but I had my physiotherapy for continued 2 months but still not able to extend knee joint and raise my leg. I have posted my recent MRI please help me for my diagnosis. Thanks.

PRP + advanced regenexx is best remedy to heal such injuriesÂ
Thank you. The lack of extension may be due to extensor weakness of something causing obstruction. if the physio and medications has not helped, then it need to be re evaluated to identify the cause for proper management.

Dear, i am Physiotherapist.
what type of Physiotherapy are you taking from the therapist?
what functional activities are you unable to perform?
better to have a session of Physiotherapy again with having short term goals? hopefully you will be better completely with some sessions.
