Need to be physically examined by Orthopedic/ Spinal Surgeon near you to establish the diagnosis. On history looks like that you have lumbar disc prolapse.
Normaly Disc prolapse in 90% patients settle within 3 months.
Take pain killer, avoid forward bending, and don't lift heavy weight.
May need further investigations if pain doesn't settle or any neurological symptoms develop
