Asking for Someone Else, Father, Male, 50 years old, Maharwali
I have severe pain in both knees. One knee hurts much more than the other. I had surgery on one knee in the past, and that knee has less pain now, while the other knee is much more painful. I have difficulty sitting down, standing up, and walking because of the pain. I also have pain in both hands and all of my fingers. The pain is affecting my daily activities . I have attached a picture showing the knee that was operated on.
Thank you. Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis and than management. Meanwhile you can start following medicine. Ibuprofen 400 mg one tablet twice daily after food. Nuberol forte 1 tablet two times daily if more severe pain . Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in stomach. Hope for the best Inshallah. Regards

Hello Doctor. No, he has not had any knee X-rays yet.
Previously, he developed severe pain in one knee. After that, the condition worsened and the skin over the knee became badly damaged down to the bone, so he had surgery. Now that operated knee hurts less, but the other knee is much more painful. He has difficulty sitting down, standing up, and walking because of the pain.
