It's been one year I'm 23 but my shoulders hurts when I do some activity like crochet or bend neck for 4 to 5 min it's get worsen tell me why is this happening? I really get sick from this pain

Thank you. Looks pain is coming from your cervical spine. Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis and than management. Meanwhile you can start following medicine: Diclofenac sodium 50 mg 1 tablet twice daily after food. Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in stomach. Don't bend your neck forward, use thin pillow while sleeping. Hope for the best Inshallah. Regards
