Shoulder Muscle Pain

Question

I have been facing severe pain in left shoulder muscle for some days. It becomes impossible for me to continuously sit on prayer mat as well. I'm attaching a pic to highlight exact point of pain. Kindly, suggest me some medicine.

No one can tell this is dislocatiok of cervical disc ! untill x-ray and MRI not done !!
