I am here to ask about about potential solution of to my sour and painful feet. My arch is not very prominant, i am diagnosed with flat feet.
The feet suffer this situation every day after coming back from office. Tho I tried silicon heel pads but they work well but are really hard to maintain.

Get an AP lateral Wt bearing and an oblique X-ray of your feet and send to me personally
in which city are you located
get xrays of feet
consult nearby orthopedic surgeon
get ur weight bearing xrays of both feet and consult orthopaedic surgeon in your area..
First of all i want to do detailed examination and investigation to dig out the flat feet cause and then we will start from conservative meassures and daily life modification to special shoe wears and surgical intervention if required....
