it might be radicular pain arising from narrowing of neuroforamina consequently by compression of nerve roots

U need to get her checked by an orthopedic surgeon. Looks like back pain most likely due to a disc related pathology. In the meantime she can start with simple panadol or ibuprofen if no known allergies or asthma

Most likely it’s neurogenic pain secondary to compression rediculopathy. You need to visit for proper clinical examination and treatment
