Assalam o Alaikum dr. I want to ask this for my husband Recently we changed our car and his office is also transferred to far from house to route kafi lamba hogya hai.. he has served pain in his knees and feets, we consulted with dr. He gave the pain killer and pain relief ointment.. now the knees pain is almost fine but he has pain in his foot joints. And have swelling in the side on both feets. He has flat foot. we consulted 2 drs and they said its because of long driving. Can you please tell me is it something to worry about? And whom should we have to consult for this because its almost a month now. THANK YOU

we have to rule out any other problems for which your husband need to see an orthopaedic doctor and get an x-ray.

He has done with his uric acid test.. His uric acid is 7.3

high uric acid does not always produce trouble. and it will also effect individual joints, not both feet together.
if one joint is swollen, a sample can be taken from the joint with a needle and it gives you 100% accurate result about uric acid presence in joint.
For full expert opinion an examination is must thing.
