Is there any solution for extremely extremely tight hamstrings , its not because of lockdown i have this issue since childhood , when i search about it i get stretching exercises and unfotunately i cant even do those exercises because it need you to sit on floor straight ur legs i cant even do that , i cant bend my body or sit at 90 angle cant go to rukuh at 90 angle , i think the angle of my leg is about 30 degrees thats it , its not injury its just tight since childhood Which consultant should i go to ??
