Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Who Should I Consult If I've Been Experiencing Cervical Issues For 7 Years?

Asalaamu Alaikum Brief History: Post-traumatic injury to C5, C6, C7. At 1st I was diagnosed with text neck while with time my condition turned into winged scapula and cervical spondylosis.
I received physiotherapy for almost 4 years at various rehab centers in Lahore. One of my Shoulder remains 2 inches higher than the other, and I have a winged scapula. A physical therapist diagnosed me with cervical spondylosis. Despite the treatment, my shoulder is still uneven, and neck pain continues to interfere with daily activities such as reading books, cutting vegetables, washing dishes, and doing small laundry tasks. I also wakeup with stiff neck or stiff upper back. I do have knots in my trapezius muscle and its swell alot. I cannot carry handbag or wear under garments.
I am a full time computer user, and the injury affects my dominant side. The neurophysican, orthopedic specialist prescribed only anti-inflammatory tablets, vitamins, and topical gel, which provide temporary relief.

yes, check in this post. no special medicine, just sunny d once a month and nebrol forte whenever needed or fastum gel for upper back and trapezius swelling.

if possible try to find good chiropractor ,which is somewhat may be effective and use of home tens machine if possible please you can find appointment with me on line , I may show you some home use tens machine. Also needs to show some pillow.
