Aoa, i am from Pakistan and now studying in China. While playing football , i broke my wrist bone and I have gone through surgery six weeks ago in China. In my left hand titanium plate and nine screws has been put. Now i am moving fingers did not try wrist movement. Fingers movement are also not good. kindly find the attached X-ray and suggest me some good exercises. I want to know how long it will take for me to lift heavy weights like GYM exercises. search for exercises on internet. do some range of movement exercises.
do not lift heavy weights for minimum 3-4months. sometimes it can take longer to heal, you should get a check X-ray done at 3month to make sure healing is going well.
It will take about 3 ..4 months to do gym.but need to see x rays before permission heavy exercise

Thank you all for your valuable comments. Now, it has been 5 months and fifteen days to my surgery. Alhamdulilah, now i am feeling good and i can lift light weight (like cup of tea or book etc). I want to know from any senior orthopedic surgeon about exercise. Can i start swimming now or i need to do x-ray and visit to any orthopedic surgeon. After three months, i showed my x-ray to my surgeon, he said healing is going well. Now i need to do x-ray again or just by watching hand movement is enough to advice about swimming.

yes once you have proof of fracture fully healed, then resume normal activities
