I am suffering from nickache for the last 10 days. I have been taking neubrol fort, brexin and myonal but still the pain exists. the pain increases when I walk and decreases when I lay down or sleep

how did the pain start?
any trauma?
pain is on which side of the neck? is it on one side or is it in the centre?
does the pain go down towards your arma and hand too? or is it only in the neck?
any area painful on touch in the neck?
any vertigo or dizziness with the pain?
nature of job?
how many hours do you use mobile or laptop?
have you ever experienced such pain in the past?
have you had any xray or any other test?
Did you try any heating on the painful area? does it help?
any other diseases?
do you ride bike? if yes, how often do you use a helmet?
For the time being, take Tab tonoflex-P, 1 morning and 1 evening, Tab starcox 60mg, 1 daily , cap thilax 4mg, 1 daily at night.
Apply voltarel emulgel twice a day and apply heat pads, this will sooth your pain.
Get your xray cervical spine AP & Lateral view.
