Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on Autism Suspect

My 2.5 year old daughter is mild autistic (as per a clinical psychologist)and she also has speech delay. Someone in my family shared some video information about Homeopathy medication which works for autistic kids. They advised me to try but I didn't want to start without consultation. After much efforts I found a doctor in Lahore who had treated a few such cases and he recommended that homeopathic medicine works good with autistic kids. After consultation I started the medication and within few months I could see feasible changes in her. I want to consult a psychiatrist in this case that is homeopathy medicine good to continue?
