walaikumasalam. fullness in both kidneys is due to full bladder at the time of scan. how many days has it been? urine RE looks okay. what is the urinary frequency and what happens at night? fluid intake? worms in stool noted? any perineal itching?

its been 2 weeks...1st Doctor advice madicn ciprofloxacin.. and cran max aqua and mytika sachet...
but after one week not improvment...
then we go to a new Dr. he did URIN RE ...
Report showing..Protein and WBC in urin.. then he advice focin and azythromycin..and alian syrup..its been three days we are taking madicn but situation didn't change.
urine frequency is more then 8 times a day...pehly raat mein krti thi roz mgar ab kbhi kbhi raat ko uthati hai hmein..
