it's not possible without check up to prescribe medicine in 2 month old child without examining
pls don't give over the counter medicine for cough and flu to 2 months old child.
just use norsaline p drops 1 drop on each side and clear with bulb sucker. you may also nebulise with 2cc normal saline 4 to 6 hourly. no need for anything else. agar saans main masla ho, saans ki raftar tez ho, tez bukhaar ho, bacha nidhaal ho ya rangat neeli ho Tou foran emergency le Ker jayein
