Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Is Not Taking Mother Feed Also Formula Milk

My Baby is Four Months old, but since born she is not taking proper Formula Milk and it is very rare that she is taking Mother Feed, Also crying all the time. Please suggest. She is taking Lactogen-1 Milk.
what is the weight of child. and how much baby is taking formula feed a time? and after how many hours baby is demanding for milk? any other associated symptoms?

if yes than obviously with solid food milk demand in decrese .
if baby active ,weiggt gain than its ok continue mother feed 3 hrly

weight of child is ok. but it is very unusual that child is refusing milk. one you should change the formula milk. second check the mouth of baby that if there is some oral thrush or white spots on toungue?
