my mother has constant runny nose for 2.5 months now... now it has got worse every min the water is releasing. and now little blood too. many doctors consulted but no betterment. kindly guide what should be done.

tab zyrtec 1 tqblet at night
start steam
stay away from dust pets smoke.
becoz her nose is getting very sensitive.

her nasal bone inside was diagnosed fractured 2 years ago, like not fractured but haddi barh gai ha. is this the reason?
