My baby is having dry cough since last night. Applied baby chest rubs on his chest he is 3 months old. Kindly prescribe him some medicine.

give normal saline nebulization 2 ml x three times a day
syp coferb 1.5 ml x three times a day
give hylixia drops 5 drops at night for 5 days any fever ? blocked nose ? difficulty in breathing?
