avoid more touching on face.. if anyone touches the baby then clean hands before

use oilantum soap for face and body it will decreases the dryness, with petroleum gel wherever dryness occur ..

for the scalp use stieprox shampoo twice in a week ... if it does not improve then consult again for more treatment for scalp

This is seborrheic dermatitis. Use non medicated baby shampoo(Johnson) once a day at night. Use soft tooth brush to remove the scales gently. If no improvement use ketaconazole2% shampoo three times a week for two weeks. On the cheeks use 0.5%Hydrocortisone cream once daily for one week.
