Baby is 4 months old and seems his gums are now irritating him. Every 2nd person is recommending me this medicine. Should I go for it or not? Any side effects? And what should be the dosage? And for how much time? Thanks in advance.

Give him teether and panadol for pain if needed. U can also use doltee teething drops and apply few drops on baby gums 2,3times a day to relieve pain or irritation.
