Mera 1 year ka son ha , us ko bht ziada flu aur chest mein b bht balghm thi, bukhar b almost 100 to 101 F tha, 4 days before wo charpai sy gira aur next day betha howa tha tu back head ki side sy wall k sth tkr howi
Us din sy kl tk usy wqfy wqfy sy 1 seconds k jerks lgty rhy , wesy normal tha but jb wo 1 second ka jhtka (jerk) lgta tu thora rota, but aaj sara din thk rha, 2 reports attached ha , plz see and guide me are these normal?
Khi ye mirgi tu nhi tha? Kia EEG , CT Scan, MRI ki zrort tu nhi?

further investigations which you mentioned may be needed but before that you should visit a doctor
I would Advise urgently take him to hospital ..He should be Examined bya Dr for Chest Infection and Jerry not to Rule out Febrile fits or Brain problem like injury or epilepsy by investigation.
mild infection no chances of epilepsy but if u are worried get his EEG done
child need physical examination ,jerk or fits after H/o need 24hrs observation and ct scan
Take CT Scan, CSF DR.
