19 months old baby have fever with out any symptoms takes cefiget 100mg 5 days but have fever and this time doctor prescribed medication The child has been taking these medicines since yesterday. The fever has subsided a little, but the child wakes up for breast milk and then falls asleep. And what could be the causes of high fever? please advise

continue same treatment if fever high grade than panadol drops 6hrly it will subside but still same condition or child refuse milk or other diet or dehydrte than again chk completly .
continue same medications and if fever not settle down in two days then give syp Artem plus 5ml twice a day for 3 days.
