my baby was low birth weight as 2.3kg and at 5 months he was just 6kg so he is not gaining weight fast was giving him enfamil 1 and breastfeeding both but didn't gained any weight at 5 month I changed his formula to few days my babys penis is sore and very bad smell in urine but this happens to him many time but today I saw some black spots in his poop 's happening will you plz describe it properly
