Talk to Pediatrician on Redness , Blisters And Itching On 1 Yr Baby Hands And Underarms

baby boy 1yr 4m was diagnosed with scabbies , have applied scab free treatments almost 10times in around 2months with gaps , but after 2days of treatment he is getting these redness on his fingers,palms, wrists and then these blisters appear .and they are itching alot .what is this please it's scabbies I applied him permithrin scab free once again but they did not even disappear after applying scab free Lotion .pls guide what should I do .my baby is in pain.i also see some of these appearing on his guide does it mean scabbies still there or something else
