my 9 months old has a runny nose accompanied with irritation and body ache. help!

infants are primarily nose breathers and nasal blockage can cause irritability. use Salinase nasal drops 2 drops on both sides and then clear the nose with bulb sucker 4 to 6 times a day. observe for any difficulty in breathing.
give anti allergic syp zyrtec 2.5ml At night for 7 days
And clear nose 2-3 tines daily
