Your baby is only 6 months old, so do not give cow or buffalo milk. It can put a strain on the kidneys and increase the risk of anemia.
- Continue breastfeeding (if possible)
- Give formula milk if BF is insufficient
- Continue semi-solid foods like mashed banana, khichdi, etc.
Cow or buffalo milk is not safe before 1 year, so avoid it.
u can continue mother feed along with semi solid diet but don't give cow milk
