I m facing sudden shooting pain starting from my right shoulder which has extended to my palm and fingers now. It goes by its own after a day or 2 and then other hand would face the same pain but on palm and fingers. Most effected part is my right hand shoulder, muscle and Joint and at certain angle it's difficult to stretch my hand. Since yesterday my right knee is hurdle in my faily chores. None of the painkillers or spray would work. Kindly help

It's neurological pain for sure but there could be more than one reason for it.
It could be due to nerve compression or neuropathic in nature.
If you are diabetic, then monitor your glucose levels closely. Once before breakfast and then after 2.5 hrs of eating. If your glucose levels are raised, please consult a endocrinologist or a general physician.
If your glucose levels are normal then you should consult a nearby Physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment plan.

further assessment is required to make a proper diagnosis, might be possible you are having nerve compression or having faulty posture. As you are ageing as well you need to check your different levels as well as radiological findings are recommended.
