I am 18 and a medical student.I have cholestrol problem.I started workout and drink whey protein and getting much better.Now i stop due to timing problem.Now i feel tired and muscle weakness and sometime #shivering hands and left arm muscle and sweat in them.Please guide me how to recover from this shivring condition and sometime heart beat problem

First off all try to keep your cholesterol in normal range.second check your sleep patern.are you taking 8 hours sleep??? This is the main reason of increased heart beat in many young patients. And 3rd check your thyroid visit physician
