it requires detailed history and assessment to guide you. you didnt mention the side of pain so systematic issues are also needed to rule out. As well as Need to assess your posture, muscle palation is also needed to rule out tight band/trigger points, physical tests to rule out cervical radiculopathy. your proffesional history is also significant to rule out occupation related musculoskeletal issue.

Physiotherapist in Lahore - Dr. Mr Muhammad Mubarak

Based on the symptoms you have described, it is important to seek medical attention immediately to rule out any underlying medical conditions that could be causing your chest pain. While a muscular strain could potentially be the cause, it is important to rule out more serious conditions such as heart disease or a lung problem.

Once you have consulted with your healthcare provider and received a diagnosis, they may recommend additional treatments such as over-the-counter pain medications, rest, or lifestyle modifications to alleviate your symptoms.

In addition to medical treatment, you should also seek a physiotherapists prespective. A physiotherapist can assess your musculoskeletal system and provide specific exercises and stretches to address any muscular imbalances or weaknesses that may be contributing to your symptoms. We can also help you modify your activities or provide ergonomic advice to prevent further strain on your muscles and joints.

Your healthcare provider may be able to refer you to a qualified physiotherapist in your area, or you can can come to us at Physiogen.

If you are experiencing pain in your chest near your neck that worsens with exercise and also feel pain near your collarbone with burning sensations in your palms and pointer and fingers, it is important to seek medical attention to rule out any serious medical conditions. While it is possible that your symptoms could be caused by a muscular strain, they could also be indicative of a more serious condition such as heart disease or a lung problem.

Once you have received a diagnosis from your healthcare provider, it may be helpful to consult with a physiotherapist to address any muscular imbalances or weaknesses that may be contributing to your symptoms. Potential diagnoses from a physiotherapy perspective may include thoracic outlet syndrome or cervical radiculopathy, which can cause similar symptoms as those you have described.

A physiotherapist can provide specific exercises and stretches to address any muscle imbalances and weaknesses in your neck, shoulder, and upper back region. They may also use manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilizations or soft tissue massage to alleviate any tension or pain you may be experiencing. Additionally, they can teach you proper posture and ergonomic techniques to prevent further strain on your muscles and joints.

Once you have received a diagnosis, working with a physiotherapist can help to address any muscular imbalances or weaknesses that may be contributing to your symptoms and help you to achieve better overall physical health and function.

Based on the symptoms you have described, it seems like you might be experiencing some sort of muscle strain or sprain in your neck and chest muscles. This could be due to overuse or injury to the area.

I would suggest that you take a break from any activities that seem to aggravate the pain and try some gentle stretching exercises to help improve flexibility and relieve tension in the affected areas. You can also apply ice or heat to the area to help reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, I would recommend that you consult with a Physiotherapist for further evaluation and treatment. It is important to rule out any underlying health conditions that may be causing your symptoms.
