it requires detailed history and assessment to guide you. you didnt mention the side of pain so systematic issues are also needed to rule out. As well as Need to assess your posture, muscle palation is also needed to rule out tight band/trigger points, physical tests to rule out cervical radiculopathy. your proffesional history is also significant to rule out occupation related musculoskeletal issue.

Based on the symptoms you have described, it seems like you might be experiencing some sort of muscle strain or sprain in your neck and chest muscles. This could be due to overuse or injury to the area.
I would suggest that you take a break from any activities that seem to aggravate the pain and try some gentle stretching exercises to help improve flexibility and relieve tension in the affected areas. You can also apply ice or heat to the area to help reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.
If your symptoms persist or worsen, I would recommend that you consult with a Physiotherapist for further evaluation and treatment. It is important to rule out any underlying health conditions that may be causing your symptoms.
proper assessment of your spine is recommended. visit any physiotherapist near you.
