firstly ap unki proper assessment karwaye so unki complete condition ka pata chal sakai k kitna brain affected hai unka. unki condition k according phir ap ko unki regular therapy karwana paregi kisi achai physio sai tak unki body movements bahal hoskaain. And u also need a good speech therapist. As u said that its 3 years old then its going to be a difficult process but its not impossible..its just going to be a long recovery.
