Asalamo Alykum, last night I pulled small coffee table towards myself. All of sudden felt pinching,needling like pain and I felt as unable to stand up. With help I stood with bent back and pressure of arms placed at sofa back. At that moment it was seemingly impossible to take a small step. Then I managed to lie on bed on sajda position ( helped in tail bone pain 2 weeks ago, which was swear but gone without medication after few days). During sajda pose in bed it was like 80% pain gone. Family member put brufeen and massage oil in same position. But after 5 mins when I tried to sit, again I couldn't make it. Lied down in bed at one side for 30 mins, when tried to stand up same story. Its been 5 hours. Now I am walking with help two sticks, hardly taking very tiny steps, cannot loft foot for taking a step, walking like scrarching on earth. Cannot sit in chair in normal pose. Sitting in chair only with left leg bent under thing and right leg foot on small stool. No history of bac

seems you have developed acute back pain after pulling the table, likely due to muscle strain or disc irritation.
Right now, avoid bending, lifting, or sudden movements.
Use warm compress 2–3 times a day for pain relief and walk only with support.
Painkillers may give temporary relief but are not a permanent solution.
You should get a proper assessment by a physiotherapist/doctor to check for disc or nerve involvement.
With timely physiotherapy, your pain and mobility can improve safel

it's Acute condition. Needs complete bed rest and through examination. Wear lumbosacral corset and consult a senior physiotherapist.
Please give few questions before I guide you something ;
What is the location of pain ?
I assume you were sitting on a chair while you tried pulling the chair right ?
As far as your symptoms guide it looks like a nerve compression on your spine which is in acute phase that's why you are experiencing more symptoms slowly it can settle but you will need some stretching and strengthening exercises and it also need further evaluation kindly try to consult someone by appearing physically there some physical tests may help evaluate the condition

You have to visit physiotherapist so that can be seen that if there any nerve or disc pinched or any problem and without physical examination not possible to rule out that what cause the pain .So consult physiotherapist and do sessions ..
you need proper physiotherapist session
It sounds like you've experienced a significant injury, likely affecting your lower back or possibly your sciatic nerve, given the pain and difficulty in standing, walking, and sitting after pulling the coffee table. The fact that you had relief in the sajda position and with medication like brufen suggests inflammation and possibly nerve involveme
According to your current symptoms ,walking with sticks, taking tiny steps, difficulty lifting your foot, and limited sitting tolerance - I'd recommend you get a proper medical evaluation ASAP, preferably with an orthopedic doctor or a neurologist to pinpoint the exact cause. In the meantime, avoid putting too much strain on your back. Continue with gentle movements as tolerated, and consider physiotherapy sessions for guided exercises to improve mobility and strength without exacerbating the pain.

your core muscles were weak that's why when you pulled the coffee table, you experienced these symptoms. it's also possible that you were having grade 1 disc bulge (which can be asymptomatic before any sudden injury) and after this pressure over spine it triggers your symptoms.
