Firstly, only Allah can grant shifa so don't forget to do Quranic and sunnah duas for shifa (like dua of Hazrat Ayub AS, Prophet SAW, ruqyah).
Secondly, look at your diet, if you are taking junk/fast foods, cold drinks etc instead of whole foods, your issues might not get better.
Thirdly, visit a psychiatrist/psychotherapist to rule out any associated trauma, depression with your condition. Trauma , anxiety, depression or any other negative emotions/thoughts associated with pain and chronic long tern conditions cause a block in recovery/healing.
Fourth, visit an orthopedic/neuro doctor as per your condition to get the right kinds of meds.
Lastly, physiotherapy mainly requires exercises, both active and passive. I hope you find a good physiotherapist in Lahore who can firstly assess and make the right diagnosis and guide you the right exercises. Machines are only for assistance, they're part of the treatment plan for speeding up the healing process but not the actual treatment. Most importantly, You will have to put in your own efforts in exercising to recover.
