its a condition called Thoracic outlet syndrome and that cannot b cured with medication etc. You need to get physiotherapy for it or it can worsen if u will keep ignoring it.

get your Physical Examination by Physiotherapist, if this is musculoskeletal, then it will be resolved by the Physiotherapy, if it is systematic, he or she will refer to you to GP for general examination.
u should visit nearby physiotherapy clinic .it's may be due to generalized weakness . exercises and healthy diet Improve your condition . further u go for tst of HB and BP chkup with the consult of medical doctor
you should consult with a physiotherapist and examine your physical condition like musculoskeletal problems etc.

Dear basically sometimes people has problem on one side of the body and feel like as if only one side is working than other. Reason is the body muscular attachment from neck to foot. In the same manner body has a nervous system called autonomic one that regulate temperature and usually disturbed with the problems of one side of the body.
