I am a 24 year old female, working 9 to 5 with studies. I am feeling like i have been suffering from ADHD. As i want to do soo many things but i do not have motivation to start. My attention span is too low even for the things i like. I forget details at my workplace which are told to me a second ago, i struggle with remembering names and faces of new persons. I am always defense whenever someone tells me i am wrong. Can this be treated with therapy?
