kindly refer question only to psychiatrst not to psychologist or homeo doctors. I want to know is it safe to split sertraline medicine into half as it is not scored mean no line is drawn to split into half as in some other it be dangerous to split any antidepressant into half which has no marking. kindly clarify plzz thnks in advance.

you can split medication. no problems. some medication is non crushable so it breaks down and disintegrates

it's safe to split sertraline in half. however, please note that efficacy of a drug slightly drops after splitting it due to breakage of some medicine molecules at the breakage site.

Yes can take half
yes it can be split and taken half tablet. but better to use a tablet cutter to get as accurate dose as possible as it is not scored and cutting may not give approximate halves.
