I am Taking Citanew 10 mg from 7 to 8 years. then due to some issues, doc increased my dose. I gained weight and even taking normal meals, no extra food, cannot reduce weight. should i change the Antidepressants to some other formula which helps in weight reduce. also mostly cannot sleep at night.
