AOA.. can any one help me i m from Swat. from the last month i m not feeling well. main ne doctor ko bhi dikhaya par kuch faida nahi howa. anxiety hai mujhe har waqt mout ka dar laga rehta hai jab aisay khiyaal atay hain tu neck main or us se oper pain shoro ho jati hai. subha jaagta hon tu khiyaal ana shoro ho jatay hain. legs main bhi pain rehti hai shoulders bhi pain karte hain. har waqt bus mout ka hi dar laga rehta hai. jab aisi sochain nahi hoti tu headache bhi nahi hota. jese hi sochain ati hain foran se pain shoro ho jata hai. please help me

There is a possibility that you probably have anxiety disorder with overwhelming obsessional thoughts about death. you may also have depression in which frequency of negative thoughts increase a lot. You suffer from anxiety disorder which is very common in community and is often left un treated and patient is ' ill advices' by elders to ' fight it off by will power '.
I am sure you have tried your best of will power.
Please consult a psychiatrist who can also do CBT ( normally CBT is left for another person - psychologist - and Dr only prescribes medications )
