During deep sleep I suddenly awake up one or twice in a month from last five years and try to recover my self as I feel my brain is going to numb and fainting for few seconds. Palputaion also raised. Within one minute I feel normal. I am scared May be this is due to less blood supply or anything else. sometime I feel sad sometime happy. When I see someone sick I find that symptoms in myself. History.. I am living in KSA. 3 years ago I was suffering from anxiety panic attacks for about two weaks. I was not able to sleep at night suudenly, awake up frequently feeling brain is going to numb,sweating in hands, changing mood, feel better after urination. I went for vacation, same day I get rid of anxiety. I became 100 %normal and enjoyed life.
Actually these are panic symptoms most probably n you need to revisit your psychiatrist

u must have a history as well

Bro...Ap ko koi masla nai. Cholesterol ki medicine k b side effects Ho saktay hain. Erangi ki bat ha ap na begair kisi problem k engo graphy tak kra li. Koi cardiologist ya recommend nai kar Sakta. It's may b anxiety or depression or lack of sleep issue. Just enjoy your life. Never search from google young man. Why u get scared. Just do exercise yoga etc. If u think any concentrate u will suffer. Ya vehm b aik bemari ha. Family k sath bz raho
