Paroxetine usually takes some time to show its full effect. You may notice mild improvement in sleep or anxiety within 1–2 weeks, but mood and overall relief generally appear after 4–6 weeks of regular use. Early side effects like nausea or mild headache may occur initially but usually settle within a couple of weeks.
Please continue taking it daily at the same time and avoid stopping it suddenly without review, as it may cause withdrawal symptoms.

Sr I have anxiety and panic attacks issue. After starting the medication, ak bhi anxiety aur panic attack nhe hnwa. Some symptoms have improved while some are still present. The symptoms that are present in the body include emptiness, low energy, sexual and physical weakness, weak hearing, dry nose and difficulty in deep breathing exercises, constipation.
As soon as energy is felt in the body, sexual weakness is removed, all issues including hearing will be cured automatically. What is the reason for this? Tell me the solution sir pls.
