Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety

3 months ago I faced dust elergic problem for which I cured but after this I faced anxiety problem and my stomach was upset I went to doctor who checked my BP and heart beat . BP was normal but heart beat was 105 107 he suggested me that u have anxiety problem and suggested me medice Relaxin 3 mg estar 5 mg and zolo for stomach prb after using one month I was perfect so I leave all medicine while doctor suggest to use it for 3 months for complete cure after leaving 15 days I faced same anxiety prob plz suggest should I again take same medicine for 3 months or contact another pyschatrst for complete and permanent solution

Hi there. I understand it must be a difficult time for you. I think you should see a Psychiatrist for full assessment. It is equally important to use the medications as long as suggested by your Doctor. Stopping medications earlier often lead to relapse of symptoms. I hope this helps

I think you should see a Psychiatrist before starting medications again. Medications should never be started on your own. There are many Psychaitristswho are offering online/video consultations nowadays in this pandemic. Hope this helps.
