Copied and past from an article ; - Deficiencies in nutrients such as protein, B vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iron, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids have a significant impact on the function of the brain and nervous system, which can affect the appearance of depressive symptoms. a diet that supports mental health should consist mainly of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, sources of vegetable protein, legumes, nuts, fish, low-fat dairy products, while limiting the intake of simple sugars and highly processed foods [172]. The indicated food sources contain vitamins, minerals, tryptophan, fibre, antioxidants, and good quality fats, which can benefit mental health by reducing oxidative stress, inflammation and providing essential nutrients for the brain. However, it is important to remember that diet in itself is not the only factor influencing the risk of or helping to treat depression. There are many other aspects, such as physical activity, sleep, stress management, and social support, that also play an important role in maintaining mental health.

Hi,the factor leading to these problems are multi factorial ranging from genetic to environmental. So I would not advice you to start consuming some supplements because excess of vitamin can lead to problems. So try to eat balanced diet,go out for sun walks and have plenty of sleep.Best of luck
