Seek Psychiatrist opinion but if difficult to reach out , then can start a naive and simple tablet called Sertraline in a half dose of 50 mg . If it helped then possible dose adjustment would be the only thing needed . Nonetheless , therapy should be added to enhance coping skills so that medications can be successfully stopped later on .
