Thanks for your question. It is research-proven fact that changing medication dose on your own is not productive for patients.. You need to book appointment so that I need to see whether there is any need of dose adjustment. Ap appointment book krvain, agr hm nay zrurat mehsus ki dvae main ksi tabdeli ki zrurat ha to zaroor tabdeel karain gay. Shukria

It is important not to stop the medicine abruptly. Consult a psychiatrist . Get a detailed assessment done. If deemed appropriate, dose can gradually be tapered off .

Don't leave it abruptly. dosage km kr dein like half le phr ahista ahista leave it. but sudden medicine chorne k b side effects or withdrawal symptoms Hoti ha. it's better to consult a psychologist to manage your anxiety and depressive symptoms through therapeutic management. also one time consult a psychiatrist whom prescribed you these medicines.

if you have been taking for long time it will require professional help of psychiatrist to safely taper off then stop medicine if that has failed you should start by also taking psychologist help for relapse prevention then we can taper off as well, that is also option but options vary by case to case for better treatment option kindly book a consultation to assess your condition and treat accordingly
