Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety And Overthinking

I have been suffering from overthinking and anxiety for years now , I overthink literally all the time ,being in a state of panic has become my default state . I know that I need medical attention but even the thought of seeing a doctor wrecks my nerves . Can anyone guide me how to go about this ?

I totally understand. This is very common, mostly because of our thinking pattern about how doctors treat their patients here, because of what we have observed in the past.
However, that is not the case when you visit a good Psychiatrist, we are ethically bound to listen, be non judgemental, try to help you by educating about your condition, prescribing safe medications and guiding you for further counselling if required.
From what you have described it is a totally treatable condition.
Overthinking and persistent anxiety are common but manageable with psychological therapy. A psychologist can help you learn techniques to control panic and negative thoughts. You can take help from specialist on audio or vedio call.
