I would suggest you to go back to your prescribing expert and discuss your situation.Sometimes antidepressants does not work in doses that we are taking,require increasing the dose or sometimes to switch it to more appropriate medication.Sometimes stressful situations can lead to reversal of symptoms.So my advice would be to take an advice from your Physician
