You need to revisit your Psychiatrist. If you are taking medication regularly still not getting better, then Paromax or Paroxetine dose should be increased, but after assessment by your Psychiatrist.

You can take pain killer for the time being and continue with Paroxetine 37.5mg.
Paroxetine can be increased further but it's better if you consult your Psychiatrist first.

From how long you have been taken revotril 0.5 mg? and if you have taken revotril from many months it's not a good idea to stop it suddenly but you should be stopped it completely it's not for a long term use remember it and if sertraline and Paroxetine not suited you then try escitalopram which has the highest rate of to stop the anxiety. Can you ask your dr. about pregabalin gabica 75mg which will help you to control your anxiety and help you to stop your revotril.
