Slaam. I need advice on anxiety. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and have panic attacks. Can you advise me on supplements and natural remedies I can take. I took anxiety medication once and it made my body all numb and felt confused. Plz help thx

Hope your diagnosis will be by an experienced consultant psychiatrist. I suggest you to continue your medications along social and psychological intervensions under experienced psychiatrist as well as any indicated psychotherapy by psychiatrist/psychlogist. Further make lifelong lifestyle changes by self-applying mental health wellbeing strategies as to connect with around environment, prefere positive/healping attitude, sound sleep at night, balance diet, regular physical exercise, avoide stressful/irritating factors specially isolation.
