Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety Mental Health

I have anxiety disorder for some years now but never got proper regular help for it where should I start from? I have also developed a fear going out in case I get anxious run out of breath or feel suffocation/anxiety attack coming and can't use the toilet to calm down. Basically I have anxiety about getting anxious out of my home. It's making my student life really hard. I also need help with other other mental health issues but I don't know where to start the stress from anxiety keeps me sick every month
