I hav anxiety issue.i am taking paraxyl CR 12.5mg, zylex 75 mg half in the morning and ALP 0.25 mg full at night and half in the morning.it almost 2+ months tht i am taking these medicine.i cannot visit to the doctor due to lockdown.i want to know tht when should i take these medicines and how long should i take these medicine.JazakAllah in advance....

Alhumdulilah i am feeling vry well but i am not taking ALP due to shortage of time in ramzan.now i donot want to take so many medicines.plz guide me to how do i decrease the dose of medicines. JazakAllah for ur gud response.
